We provide search services on either a a Contingency Search or a Executive Search basis.
Executive Search
A much more thorough search service which provides bespoke and tailored search services for strategic hires, or niche positions and technically challenging roles. We partner with our clients to provide expert advice and undertake an intensive search of the best talent in the market.

Contingency Search
Typically for junior and mid-management level assignments, we take a full brief from our clients and construct a long list of suitable candidates to present via a shortlist in person or by video conferencing. Similar to our retained search services we take a detailed brief from our client and will only work on assignments that are properly qualified and that are business or project-critical.
